We're 4 months into the year, can you believe it? 😱 How far are you with your plans? Are you making progress? Or are you feeling a little bit behind? On this blog post I'm going to share some tips on how to keep it going for the next 8 months and just make sure that above all things you don't disappoint yourself. You can use all tips or none... I've noticed how ladies are loving themselves and making sure that they look good. It's so beautiful to watch I won't lie. I used to be that person who judges and don't like artificial hair. I've grown so much from that person and if something looks good on you and you like it, I will compliment you. I love how people are invested in growing their Afro and nurturing it... It's so beautiful. I am currently growing my Dreadlocks and I've been inspired by other beautiful ladies to just take extra care of my hair.This blog post is just to say Yes Ladies...!!! I'm so happy that we've all grown to a point of just letting each other be. It's very important to know what you like and what works for you. So while I was pondering, I found myself thinking about social media. In doing so I realised that there's something good happening in the world but it's making us (humans) become monsters. So I decided to write this blog post and share my opinions on what I think about social media. Social media is a good tool for business and everyone to grow, learn, unlearn, share and sometimes be entertained. However, social media has also become the devil. It has shown us that human beings are mean and they tend look down upon each other all in the name of "lol". Dear Sis Self confidence is the best outfit a person can wear. It makes you feel and look good. It's classy and sexy at the same time. Be bold and know yourself. Don't be afraid to show off yourself. I believe that confidence can get you in places where you don't deserve to be in. When you speak to people, never look down on yourself, because that's when you give the next person an opportunity to look down on you. Tell yourself you can even if you can't. Believe in yourself that you can achieve it. If you can't believe in yourself then who will? Confidence is the key to many things you're afraid of. Walk in a room full of strangers and leave a mark. Embrace yourself love yourself and always tell yourself that you've got this, because honestly you do. It's all in the mind. Mind your mind, be careful of the things you tell yourself about yourself.
